Necessary documents:

- copy of the Decision according to Rule 51(4)
- copy of the Grant Decision
- Power of Attorney

A request for validation of European Patents to Romania must be lodged within 3 months from the Date of Publication of the mention of the Granted Patent.

The annual fees for European patent must be paid at the Romanian Patent Office for the years that follow the year in which the mention for issuing the European patent was published by OEB.
